Thank you for your purchase of our DockNet Storage System. We hope that you will find your purchase as a valuable investment. Our DockNet System and all of its components come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturer’s defects. This warranty safeguards against craftsmanship faults, and if your product has a manufacturing issue, we will either repair it or provide spare parts, free of charge.
Who is covered?
- The original purchaser who bought the product from an authorized reseller
What is not covered?
- Second-hand product
- Modified or altered product
- Normal wear and tear
- Any damage, failure, or loss caused by accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, theft, or failure to follow instructions or warnings
- Improper or abnormal use
- Excessive load
- Cosmetic issues such as fading or fraying that does not affect product use
By completing the warranty submission form below, you will activate your 1-year warranty and we will also send you out a completely free set of 3 bungee straps (in sizes of 2 feet, 4 feet and 6 feet) which can be used to safely and securely attach items to your DockNet.
The warranty is non-transferrable and is valid for the original purchaser only.
